Position Summary

A Warehouse Coordinator plays a vital role in overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse. Responsible for coordinating and executing various tasks related to inventory management, order fulfillment, and ensuring the overall efficiency and organization of the warehouse.

Location : Oshawa

What you will do

• Maintains accurate inventory records, conducts regular physical counts, monitors stock levels, and optimizes warehouse space to ensure efficient inventory management.
• Receives and processes orders, picks, packs, and labels items accurately, coordinates with shipping carriers, and generates necessary shipping documentation to ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Oversees the receipt, inspection, and storage of incoming goods, coordinates the movement of inventory within the warehouse, ensures compliance with safety protocols, and collaborates with cross-functional teams for smooth operations.
• Adds customer inquiries and concerns related to orders, deliveries, and inventory availability in a professional and timely manner.
