Key Responsibilities Assist clients by providing clear information about available benefit programs and insurance products.
Respond to customer inquiries and explain coverage details, policy features, and service options.

Review existing benefit arrangements and help clients explore options that align with their financial goals.
Establish and maintain positive, long-term relationships with clients through consistent communication and follow-up.

Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.
