Role: Virtual Chat Support Agent Department: Customer Support & Patient Services Location: Fully Remote T ype: Full-Time / Part-Time What You'll Do: Respond to patient and client inquiries in real time via live chat Provide helpful information on services, scheduling, and billing Handle multiple chat conversations simultaneously with professionalism Document all interactions accurately in our support system Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate department Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality per HIPAA guidelines What We're Looking For: 1+ year of chat support or online customer service experience Excellent written communication and grammar skills Typing speed of 45+ WPM with accuracy Comfortable managing multiple chats at once Reliable internet and a quiet home workspace Medical or healthcare background is a plus but not required What We Offer: Competitive pay Health, dental & vision benefits (full-time employees) Paid time off & paid holidays Flexible shift options Career growth opportunities within ADF Medical Services Powered by JazzHR
