Location: Toronto, ON

Work Style: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Must Have:

1. Functional testing with experience in analyzing requirements, writing and executing test cases, testing strategy of web application, etc.

2. Experienced in scripting/running queries – SQL (mist important)

3. Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript

4. Minimum 4+ yrs experience in Salesforce CRM functional testing – with Leads, Prospects, Objects, Contacts, Accounts, Cases, Campaigns, Opportunities, Orders, Service entities, Reports

5. Worked on Salesforce Sales, Service & marketing Cloud, Classic & Lightening Salesforce

6. Experience in legacy web and mobile app testing

7. Ability to write complex queries to perform data validations or set-up test data, SQL queries & Oracle DB.

8. Strong experience with minimum 6-8 yrs in SDLC, QA Processes, create and execute QA test strategy and test plan, Testing artifacts, QA best practices

9. Perform risk assessment analysis and provides recommendations for improvement

10. Had extensive experience interacting with Project Stakeholders, Business, Vendors and raising timely risks/reporting

11. Experience in working on agile methodology

12. Leverage QA software tools for defect management, regression, functional testing based on industry best practices like Jira and confluence

13. Excellent communication skills, proactive and quick learner and worked as an individual contributor

Nice to Have:

1. Wealth and Asset management domain knowledge

2. Salesforce Development or Salesforce automation experience

3. Experience in automation testing using Perfecto, AccelQ or PowerAutomate
