- $105,000 - $111,000 annually
- Geographic Differential Markets: $116,000 - $122,000
Overview
TEEMA is partnering with a leading healthcare organization seeking a Senior Testing Analyst to support enterprise applications and technology initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring internally developed applications and vendor software solutions meet business, technical, and customer requirements through comprehensive manual and automated testing.
The Senior Testing Analyst will develop testing strategies, establish quality assurance standards, expand automation capabilities, collaborate with development teams, mentor junior testers, and help ensure the successful delivery of enterprise software solutions.
This position is fully remote for candidates residing in one of the approved states listed above.
What You'll Be Doing
- Develop and establish quality assurance measures and testing standards for new applications, enhancements, and vendor software.
- Review existing automation capabilities and develop new automation strategies to increase automated test coverage.
- Mentor junior testing analysts on QA best practices.
- Analyze project documentation and technical specifications to develop comprehensive testing documentation.
- Collaborate with development and systems teams on: System Testing Unit Testing Regression Testing Load Testing User Acceptance Testing
- Prepare reports identifying software defects, recommendations, and testing results.
- Participate in IT quality improvement initiatives.
- Partner with third-party vendors to validate software functionality and customer requirements.
- Develop test objectives, test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts.
- Execute both manual and automated testing.
- Coordinate defect tracking and resolution activities.
- Analyze performance and stress testing results.
- Coordinate testing resources across multiple projects.
- Communicate testing progress and results to project leadership.
- Create User Stories and Task Flows.
- Participate in Agile Scrum ceremonies.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- U.S. Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain a favorable Interim and final Department of Defense background investigation.
- 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing or related field.
- Experience with automated testing tools including Katalon, TOSCA, and Selenium.
- Experience developing and documenting test cases using Xray, ALM, or JIRA.
- Experience establishing quality assurance measures and testing standards.
- Familiarity with Agile project methodology.
- 1+ years of experience automating web-based applications and APIs using TOSCA.
- 3+ years of experience working with Jenkins and CI/CD tools.
- 3+ years of experience testing ETL processes, writing SQL statements, and executing SQL queries.
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Quality Assurance / Software Testing.
- Healthcare industry experience.
- Experience developing enterprise testing strategies.
- Experience with AngularJS.
- Experience with Java.
