Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a full-time ServiceNow Developer - AI & Automation to support enterprise digital transformation initiatives. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions while leveraging emerging AI capabilities to enhance service delivery, streamline business processes, and improve user experiences across the organization.
  1. Pay Rate: $80,000 - $100,000/year
  2. Location: REMOTE
  3. Shift: Monday to Friday

Responsibilities:
ServiceNow Development & Configuration
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and support ServiceNow solutions based on business requirements
  • Configure and customize the ServiceNow platform through scripting, workflows, integrations, automation, and platform development
  • Develop enhancements and improvements across multiple ServiceNow modules and applications
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing optimization
AI & Automation Solutions
  • Design and implement AI-powered solutions within ServiceNow, including:
    • Now Assist
    • Generative AI
    • Predictive Intelligence
    • Virtual Agent
    • AI Search
    • Intelligent Automation capabilities
  • Identify opportunities to automate business processes and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop solutions that enhance user experience and accelerate service delivery
  • Apply AI, machine learning, and automation best practices to solve business challenges
Integration & Solution Delivery
  • Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and enterprise systems using APIs and integration frameworks
  • Develop and support workflow automation initiatives across business functions
  • Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Conduct technical feasibility assessments and provide recommendations for solution design
Technical Leadership & Collaboration
  • Participate in workshops focused on business process improvement and digital transformation
  • Develop technical documentation, solution designs, implementation plans, and support materials
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform, integration, automation, and AI-related issues
  • Collaborate with project teams and support groups to ensure successful implementation and operational transition
  • Provide regular project updates and technical guidance to stakeholders
Governance & Compliance
  • Ensure all ServiceNow and AI solutions align with organizational security, privacy, governance, and compliance standards
  • Support ongoing platform governance and best-practice implementation
  • Maintain documentation related to technical decisions, enhancements, risks, and project outcomes
Qualifications and Skills:
  • University degree or college diploma in:
    • Computer Science
    • Information Technology
    • Business
    • Public Administration
    • Statistics
    • Or a related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Experience developing and supporting ServiceNow implementations
  • Experience working with ServiceNow modules such as:
    • ITSM
    • ITOM
    • ITBM / Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
    • SAM Pro
    • HRSD
    • SecOps
  • Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow AI capabilities, including:
    • Now Assist
    • Predictive Intelligence
    • Virtual Agent
    • AI Search
    • Similar AI-driven technologies
  • Experience with APIs, integrations, workflow automation, and enterprise application development
  • Knowledge of:
    • Generative AI
    • Machine Learning
    • Natural Language Processing (NLP)
    • Prompt Engineering
    • AI Governance
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience using data to support technology and business decisions
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
  • Experience leading technical discussions and workshops
  • Experience identifying and implementing AI and automation solutions that enhance business operations
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
