Job descriptionNative / Fluency in English, both written and oral. B2 Level of Russian Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. David Kennedy Recruitment is working with an award winning liquidity and technology solutions company who is seeking to onboard a Russian speaking Product Manager to join their team.
Position : Product Manager
Location : Remote / GMT +4 (+-1 HR)
Employment type : Full-time
Remuneration : Base salary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Conduct in-depth market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and client needs in the broker and financial services sector
- Identify opportunities and gaps to enhance offerings and drive growth
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to prioritize features and product improvements based on business impact and client feedback.
- Work closely with clients, sales teams, and customer support to gather and prioritize product requirements
- Translate customer needs into clear, actionable product specifications that align with business goals
- Partner with engineering and design teams to develop and launch new features and product enhancements
- Monitor the development process, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and alignment with product specifications
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, gathering feedback to improve product offerings
- Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Continuously analyze product data and user feedback to drive data-informed decisions for improvements
- Create comprehensive training materials and product documentation to support clients
- Assist in conducting training sessions for both clients and internal teams when needed
