Review and maintain vendor contracts, renewals, and amendments while identifying risks
Submit, manage, and track procurement workflows (PIFs, ITPRs, Contract Intake Forms)
Coordinate Vendor Assessment Questionnaires (VAQs) with Cyber, Privacy, and Legal
Maintain a unified pipeline of requests and proactively flag renewals
Report on contract status, spend, vendor performance, and consolidation opportunities
Partner with Engineering & Architecture for roadmap and utilization insights
Partner with SRE to validate service performance and vendor SLA compliance
What you bring
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in finance, procurement, vendor management, or a similar role within a technical environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations Management, Information Technology, or a related field
Experience negotiating contracts, tracking and enforcing vendor SLAs as well as license utilizations
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets

Familiarity with tools such as ServiceNow, Planview, Excel and PowerBI
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to think strategically and identify long-term cost-saving opportunities
