LOC Software is looking to hire an Account Manager / Technical Solution Expert to assist Value Added Resellers (VAR) in selling and implementing LOC’s SMS / ThriVersA solutions. The objective is to help VAR’s and customers achieve success in using all the features and functions of SMS / ThriVersA.  The objective is to help customers and resellers achieve success in using all the features and functions of ThriVersA.

Your main Challenges

  • Develop software and services opportunities with the VAR’s and customers.
  • Provide technical sales training and demos to the VAR sales team.
  • Present ThriVersA PPT / Organize full technical demos with VAR’s and customers
  • Actively participate in VAR, wholesaler, and retail conferences or events
  • Support VARs in creating new software and professional service opportunities.

What You Bring with You

  • BS / BA in computer science and at least 5 years of experience in supporting retail software solutions and VAR management.
  • Strong technical knowledge in POS implementation.
  • Must be fluently bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Availability to travel in the USA, Mexico and Latin America.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple technical implementations with tight deadlines

    Estamos buscando un Ejecutivo de cuenta / Experto en Soluciones Técnicas para trabajar con nuestros Value Added Resellers (VAR), ayudándolos a vender e implementar nuestras soluciones SMS / ThriVersA y asegurando que tanto ellos como los clientes saquen el máximo provecho de todas sus funcionalidades.

    Tus desafíos diarios

  • Identificar y desarrollar oportunidades de negocio junto con los VAR y clientes;
  • Capacitar a los equipos de ventas de los VAR en soluciones técnicas y demostraciones.
  • Preparar presentaciones y organizar demostraciones técnicas completas;
  • Participar activamente en conferencias y eventos del sector minorista, mayorista y VAR;
  • Apoyar a los VAR en la creación de nuevas oportunidades de desarrollo de software y servicios profesionales.

    • Lo que esperamos de ti

  • Profesional en informática o afines y al menos 5 años de experiencia en soporte de soluciones de software para el comercio al pormenor y gestión de VAR;
  • Conocimiento sólido en implementación de sistemas POS (Point of Sale – Puntos de venta);
  • Español e inglés fluido;
  • Disponibilidad para viajar por EE. UU., México y Latinoamérica;
  • Capacidad para manejar múltiples implementaciones técnicas con plazos ajustados.
