    • TA MISSION

    Sous la supervision du Directeur TI, tu pilotes les projets technologiques de A à Z, en faisant le pont entre les équipes techniques et les besoins d'affaires.

  • Planifier, coordonner et assurer la réalisation des projets TI en respectant les délais, les budgets et les objectifs stratégiques et ce, en maintenant des plans de projet précis et à jour ;
  • Gérer et prioriser les projets et demandes TI en fonction des objectifs organisationnels, des ressources disponibles et des contraintes ;
  • Documenter la portée des projets, leurs objectifs, leur valeur ajoutée de même que les bénéfices attendus et les estimés de réalisation ;
  • Animer les comités et rencontres de projet (lancement, suivi, clôture) pour garantir l’alignement et la progression;
  • Recueillir, clarifier et documenter les besoins d’affaires avec précision et rigueur ;
  • Structurer et standardiser les méthodes de gestion de projet en favorisant les meilleures pratiques ;
  • Suivre et communiquer les indicateurs clés de performance (KPI) afin de mesurer l’avancement et la performance.  Produire des rapports clairs et adaptés aux parties prenantes sur les délais, budgets, qualité et risques ;
  • Élaborer les stratégies et approches de formation, de communication et de déploiement des solutions d’affaires.

    • TON PROFIL DE COMPÉTENCES

  • Diplôme universitaire en technologies de l’information, gestion de projet, ou domaine connexe ;
  • 3 à 5 ans d’expérience en gestion de projets TI et en analyse d’affaires ;
  • Certification en gestion de projet (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) – un atout.
  • Excellente maîtrise des principes de gestion de projet TI (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum);
  • Capacité à prioriser et gérer un portefeuille de projets et demandes TI ;
  • Connaissance des outils de gestion de projet et de collaboration. (Project, Azure DEVOPS, Planner).

    We are looking for an IT Project Manager to join our IT team! This is your chance to build something big at a fast-growing company.

    YOUR MISSION

    Under the supervision of the IT Director, you will manage technology projects from start to finish, acting as a bridge between technical teams and business needs.

  • Plan and coordinate IT projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and according to strategic targets by maintaining accurate and up-to-date project plans.
  • Manage and prioritize IT projects and requests based on organizational targets, available resources, and constraints.
  • Document the scope of projects along with their targets, added value, expected benefits, and estimated timetables.
  • Lead project committees and meetings (kick-off, status review, closeout) to keep the project aligned and on schedule.
  • Identify, clarify, and document business needs in a diligent and accurate manner.
  • Structure project governance and management methods based on best practices.
  • Standardize project management tools and practices to improve organizational efficiency.
  • Track and disseminate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and performance.  Produce clear and tailored stakeholder reports related to deadlines, budgets, quality, and risks.
  • Develop strategies and approaches for training, communication, and business solution deployment.

    • YOUR SKILLS PROFILE

  • University degree in information technology, project management, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in IT project management and business analysis.
  • Project management certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, Scrum Master) is an asset.
  • Excellent grasp of IT project management principles (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage a portfolio of IT projects and requests.
  • Knowledge of project management and collaboration tools (Project, Azure DevOps, Planner).
