Job description

Looking for a project manager with solid experience in delivering

major technological projects. The person sought will be responsible for coordinating

planning, implementation, monitoring and human resources throughout the project. She / He

must ensure that deliverables comply with customer requests, that delivery deadlines

delivery as well as budgets are respected. The person sought must have a

certification in project management.

Advantages

University degree in information technology or related technical field, with over 7 years' professional experience.

Good knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.) and the project cycle.

Although this position is part of a French-speaking work environment, it requires a very good knowledge of English to read and understand, on a regular basis, documentation and technical terms that may emanate from international organizations, as well as to write and communicate in English with international customers, suppliers or colleagues..

Responsibilities

Oversee all aspects of project execution, including planning, budgeting,

resource allocation, execution and delivery for the deployment of our project

product life cycle management (PLM)

Lead the initiation, definition and planning of projects in partnership with the various stakeholders to ensure that project objectives are aligned before the start of execution until delivery of the project.

Define and assess project risks to resolve or mitigate them to maintain the

project on track.

Act as the main point of contact for stakeholders, including senior

management and external partners, in order to communicate effectively on the progress of the project.

Lead cross-functional teams and drive collaboration and ensure alignment

with the project objectives. Manage project budgets and ensure resources are well planned. Use at

both agile and waterfall project management methodologies, depending on the project structure.

Maintain project documentation to ensure integrity and timeliness, to support

effective management of scope, risks, project status and communications

with senior management.

Ensure that all deliverables meet quality standards and comply with

organizational guidelines and industry best practices.

Qualifications

  • Have Certification Project management Institute (PMI) and have executed projects with waterfall and agile methods
  • Possess a university degree in information technology or a related field

  • Having taken charge of the complete life cycle of large-scale projects in an environment
  • manufacturer, ideally having delivered a PLM project

  • Good knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, Microsoft Project, etc.) and the cycle
