Title : Sr Manager Application Supply Chain (IBP)

Reports to : Executive Director International IT

Objectives

The incumbent is responsible for the planning, development, implementation, enhancements, support, and maintenance of enterprise supply chain systems and services, mainly SAP-IBP (Inventory Business Planning). Serve as a liaison between business and IT teams by facilitating communication and determining software objectives that align with stated and unstated business needs.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with company stakeholders to understand supply chain processes and propose technical requirements for efficiency improvements to be implemented with SAP.
• Work in close collaboration with business analysts and users to understand their needs and different business requirements.
• Participate in the development of functional and technical specifications.
• Control all requirement gathering, solution design configuration, developments, and functional specification delivery.
• Provide expertise in the analysis of potential solutions in line with quality and safety requirements.
• Lead and manage a team of functional analysts and external consultants for the implementation of SAP IBP.
• Participate in prioritization of demands with the functional team and business units.
• Integrate rules, procedures, standards, and recommendations relating to GMP regulations, information systems security and existing project methodology.
• Analyse data conversion requirements to determine data conversion strategies and mechanisms.
• Ensures the maintenance of documentation related to the configuration and development of SAP and other related systems.
• Plan and coordinates user support and training activities.
• Lead, coach, and support direct reports by setting clear goals, monitoring performance, and providing ongoing coaching and development opportunities.
