Gestionnaire de comptes techniques – Systèmes radar / Technical Account Manager – Radar SystemsRejoignez une activité de Teledyne FLIR spécialisée dans les systèmes radar de surveillance avancés pour la défense et la sécurité frontalière. Vous serez le point focal technique auprès des clients, responsable de la performance et du succès des déploiements en conditions réelles. Ce rôle combine relation client, expertise technique et coordination interne sur des programmes critiques.
Join a Teledyne FLIR business delivering advanced radar solutions for defence and border security. You will act as the primary technical advisor to customers, ensuring successful deployment and sustained performance of mission‑critical systems. This is a high‑impact role at the intersection of engineering, delivery, and customer success.Ce que vous ferez / What you’ll do
  • Point de contact technique principal; animation des revues / Primary technical contact; lead reviews and discussions
  • Pilotage des livrables radar (HW/SW, mises à jour, options) / Own radar system deliverables across lifecycle
  • Déploiement, configuration et optimisation terrain / Support field deployment and optimisation
  • Résolution des enjeux de performance / Troubleshoot system issues
  • Coordination interne (ingénierie, production, support) / Drive cross‑functional execution
  • Suivi des risques, KPI et engagements clients / Track risks, metrics, commitments
Répartition du rôle / Role breakdown
  • 50% Gestion technique de comptes / Customer TAM (relations, revues, suivis)
  • 30% Livraison & support systèmes / Delivery, performance, sustainment
  • 20% Exécution programme & leadership transversal / Programme execution & cross‑functional leadership
Exigences / What you need
  • Requis/Required: Communication et influence / Strong stakeholder management
  • Requis/Required: 5+ ans TAM ou systèmes de surveillance
  • Requis/Required: Expérience livrables matériel & logiciel
  • Requis/Required: Formation technique (bac en génie/physique ou équivalent)
  • Requis/Required: Bilingue français/anglais
  • Requis/Required: Admissible CGP et habilitation de sécurité
  • Atout/Advantage: Radar, intégration systèmes, défense
