Se rapportant au directeur de l'usine, cette position a comme responsabilités de contribuer au développement et la mise en place d’une culture qui permettra d’améliorer constamment tous les processus et les livrables. Il est un agent de changement et amène l’organisation à se remettre constamment en question; il encourage les initiatives d’amélioration en les supportant activement.
De plus, il encadre les améliorations en favorisant la prise en charge des responsables et l’atteinte des résultats et collabore au développement de la vision.
Principales responsabilités:
- Identifie des opportunités d’amélioration dans les différents secteurs d’activité de l’entreprise;
- Conseille et offre un soutien aux équipes des différents départements dans l'atteinte des objectifs opérationnels;
- Accompagne les équipes dans la mise en œuvre des projets d'amélioration en élaborant un mandat de projet avec le client interne, en proposant des outils et un accompagnement ;
- Définit et/ou crée les outils appropriés;
- Développe les connaissances et les habiletés des gens afin de les rendre autonomes dans l’amélioration continue de leurs processus ou leurs départements en utilisant des outils du «lean manufacturing» tel que le Kanban , gestion Visual, résolutions de problèmes, réduction du temps des set-up et autres.
- Identifie, prévient et gère les différentes résistances face aux changements;
- Anime des groupes de travail multidisciplinaires (Kaizen, 5S, TPM) à divers niveaux de l’organisation;
- S’assure de la réalisation des mandats qui lui sont confiés.
