Job description
Adecco is currently hiring a Technical Talent Acquisition Partner to join a dynamic, fast-growing technology organization in Toronto, Ontario. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced recruitment professional to lead end-to-end hiring across technical functions, including Engineering, Product Management, Data, and AI-focused teams.
In this role, you will partner closely with hiring leaders, HR Business Partners, and internal stakeholders to build strong talent pipelines, improve hiring velocity, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. The successful candidate will be highly organized, proactive, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and passionate about using data, technology, and AI-enabled tools to improve recruitment outcomes.
  • Salary Range: $70,000-$90,000 CAD per year, based on experience
  • Additional Compensation: Eligible for discretionary bonus and/or commission, along with a comprehensive benefits package
  • Location: Toronto, ON
  • Work Arrangement: Hybrid - required to work from the Toronto office three days per week

Responsibilities:
  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical and technology-focused roles, from intake through onboarding.
  • Partner with divisional leaders, hiring managers, and HR Business Partners to define hiring needs, role requirements, and recruitment strategies.
  • Drive hiring velocity across multiple technical functions by proactively managing candidate pipelines and identifying opportunities to reduce time-to-fill.
  • Create compelling job descriptions and candidate communications that accurately represent opportunities and support employer-branding initiatives.
  • Source, engage, screen, and interview candidates through a range of channels, including job boards, professional networks, social media, referrals, and targeted outreach.
  • Coordinate interviews, gather stakeholder feedback, manage offer processes, and support candidates through to their first day.
  • Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining a high-quality and responsive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and activity within applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases.
  • Use recruiting data and market insights to support informed hiring decisions, talent mapping, and workforce planning.
  • Leverage AI-powered recruiting tools and automation technologies to improve sourcing, candidate engagement, scheduling, market research, and operational efficiency.
  • Stay current on North American and multi-region talent-market trends, recruiting best practices, and emerging technology roles.
  • Ensure recruitment practices align with applicable hiring regulations, compliance requirements, and internal policies.
  • Collaborate with People Operations and Technology teams to support successful onboarding and new-hire engagement.
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of recruitment processes, tools, workflows, and candidate experience initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or human resources.
  • Experience recruiting technical talent, such as software engineers, AI professionals, product specialists, data professionals, or related technology roles.
  • Experience working in a global organization, SaaS/product environment, high-growth technology company, or recruitment agency supporting similar client profiles.
  • Strong knowledge of hiring regulations and recruitment compliance requirements.
  • Demonstrated success in fast-paced, high-volume environments where competing priorities, stakeholder management, and hiring speed are critical.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects and requisitions at one time, typically supporting approximately 5-15 active roles.
  • Comfortable conducting a high volume of candidate conversations and interviews each day.
  • Strong sourcing capabilities across traditional and non-traditional recruitment channels.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, candidate relationship management tools, and recruitment technologies.
  • Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and business-writing skills.
  • Ability to translate complex technical roles, products, and business needs into compelling candidate messaging.
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable operating in an evolving environment where processes may be developed or refined over time.
  • A collaborative, positive, solutions-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Demonstrated interest in using data, software platforms, AI, and automation to improve recruiting efficiency and effectiveness.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience recruiting for Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or other emerging technology roles.
  • Experience implementing or optimizing AI-enabled recruiting workflows, sourcing strategies, talent intelligence platforms, or automation tools.
  • Experience supporting a high-growth SaaS, software, fintech, or technology organization.
  • Agency recruitment experience.
  • Experience building talent networks, conducting talent mapping, and communicating labour-market challenges and insights to hiring leaders.
