We are involved on many major public transportation projects that will have great impacts on Canadian mobility. From railway to aerospace, naval, or energy, we always provide expertise to our clients with the same passion and high-quality standards.
Context
In order to strengthen the rapid development of LGM in GTA we are looking for a Senior Technical Writer. Your first project will be related to the railway industry.
Your responsibilities :
Under the supervision of the TECHPUB / ILS Group Manager, your mission will be to produce different types of manuals (maintenance, operation, installation…) and training materials.
Your main tasks :
- Produce various types of technical publication (maintenance manual, operation manual…) and create training materials.
- Take part in the validation process of technical writings content.
- Be responsible of the information exchange between the teams, maintaining a common look and feel to all documentation produced.
- Participate in technical meetings with the members of the project.
- Mentor junior technical writers.
- Build a relationship of trust and partnership with the client while promoting LGM's expertise.
- Contribute to the improvement of practices and tools.
