Job Description

We are seeking an experienced M365 Technical Lead to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio. The ideal candidate will provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, drive governance and best practices, and deliver enterprise-grade collaboration solutions while ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery, implementation, and support of Microsoft 365 collaboration solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and Copilot Studio.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, analysts, and application owners to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

  • Design and implement SharePoint Online environments, including hub sites, site collections, lists, libraries, pages, metadata, content types, search, permissions, governance, and lifecycle management.

  • Develop and maintain SPFx web parts, extensions, and reusable components using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph.

  • Build enterprise applications and workflows using Power Apps, Power Automate, connectors, approvals, and Power Platform governance.

  • Configure, deploy, and support Copilot Studio agents using SharePoint knowledge sources while ensuring secure authentication and permission-aware access.

  • Support Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption through self-service agents, knowledge retrieval, FAQ automation, and productivity solutions.

  • Lead SharePoint migrations, modernization initiatives, InfoPath replacement, workflow conversions, and Power Platform enhancements.

  • Troubleshoot issues related to SharePoint Online, SPFx, Microsoft Graph, Power Platform, permissions, workflows, connectors, and Copilot Studio.

  • Conduct code reviews, mentor technical teams, enforce governance standards, and ensure adherence to release management processes.

  • Prepare technical documentation including solution designs, deployment guides, SOPs, runbooks, release notes, and knowledge articles.

  • Participate in ITIL processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Release, and Knowledge Management.

  • Ensure Microsoft 365 security, compliance, governance, and best practices are implemented across collaboration platforms.

Required Skills & Experience
  • 10 15 years of IT experience with strong expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies.

  • Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online Administration and Development.

  • Strong knowledge of SharePoint architecture, information architecture, permissions, governance, metadata, search, content types, and lifecycle management.

  • Experience developing SPFx solutions using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and PnP PowerShell.

  • Strong experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Platform governance, workflow automation, connectors, approvals, and ALM.

  • Experience with Copilot Studio including agent creation, configuration, deployment, SharePoint knowledge integration, and operational support.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint Agents, and AI-powered collaboration solutions.

  • Experience with SharePoint migrations, modernization projects, workflow conversions, and Microsoft 365 application support.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Security & Compliance, DLP, Sensitivity Labels, permissions, and governance.

  • Experience with Azure DevOps, GitHub, CI/CD, source control, release management, and technical documentation.

  • Understanding of Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure Services, App Registrations, API Permissions, and Microsoft integrations.

  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience
  • Experience working in Utilities, Regulated Enterprises, Managed Services, or SaaS environments.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance, monitoring, reporting, and operational best practices.

  • Experience implementing enterprise collaboration and digital workplace solutions.
