True North Salmon LP, a division of Cooke Aquaculture Inc., a dynamic and growing east coast family company, with Platinum Member status in the Canada’s Best Managed Companies Program has an opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join the Company’s Production Team based out of our Fundy Bay Drive facility located in St. George, NB.

The Role

As a result of our robust growth, we are adding a Production Supervisor to our team of professionals. This is a Monday to Friday Night Shift position. Reporting to the Senior Production Manager, the successful candidate will:

  • Provide coaching, guidance, leadership and direction to the operational/production staff.
  • Be able to exercise the necessary authority to assure policies and procedures are followed and time frames are met
  • Have excellent people management and communication skills to build effective staff and organizational relationships
  • Possess a high attention to detail and quality, time management and organizational skills, and the ability to meet cost and schedule requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in a deadline driven, fast paced environment and should possess a minimum of 3-5 years supervisory experience completed by above average computer skills. Experience and/or training in production will be considered asset.
