Job description

Our client, a leader in plant healthcare and softscape maintenance, is seeking a Supervisor to join their team. As a Supervisor, you will be part of the North Vancouver operations supporting a dedicated team of landscape professionals. The ideal candidate will have strong plant knowledge, an entrepreneurial mindset, and professional standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Supervisor

Location: North Vancouver, BC

Pay Range: 65,000-82,000

Shift: Day Shift

What's the Job?

  • Oversee daily landscaping and horticultural operations within the service area from Deep Cove to Lions Bay
  • Support and mentor team members to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Identify plants and provide expert guidance on plant health and maintenance
  • Coordinate scheduling and deployment of maintenance contracts and special projects
  • Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with company policies

What's Needed?

  • Proven plant knowledge and experience in landscaping or horticulture
  • Valid driver’s license (preferred for lead roles, required for supervisor)
  • Strong professional standards including punctuality and professional appearance
  • Ability to identify various plants and understand their care requirements
  • Local candidates preferred to avoid long commutes and support business growth
