We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our client, an engineering firm, across their Building Restoration Division with opportunities to be based out of Kitchener, Burlington, or Toronto. This firm is a long-standing, 100% employee-owned multidisciplinary engineering consultancy that has served Ontario for over four decades. In this role, you will lead transformative restoration projects across southwestern Ontario, specializing in building science and structural integrity.

Responsibilities
- Lead building science investigations and draft technical reports for parking structures, roofing systems, and building envelopes.
- Spearhead business development by identifying new opportunities and managing the proposal and tendering process.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients, ensuring long-term relationship stability and high satisfaction.
- Oversee the full project lifecycle from initial investigation through to construction and completion.
- Manage project financial health, including invoicing, budget monitoring, and accounts receivable.
- Mentor a growing 15-person team by refining internal technical systems and training junior engineering staff.
