Your main responsibilities
- Manage the data acquisition and importation for assigned Statistical Inventory Reconciliation clients;
- Daily reporting on quality and efficiency of daily stock, sales and delivery of client’s fuel data;
- Follow-up on absent data sets;
- Use data analysis and manipulation to track performance and key metrics;
- Provide effective solutions to resolve client issues;
- Generate monthly summary reports;
- Send reports and invoices to clients;
- Monthly Meetings with clients on reports, providing feedback and recommendations;
- Managing and communicating testing and calibration schedules with clients;
- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules.

The salary range for this position is $47,934 to $62,913 CAD base per annum, based on the responsibilities of the role, internal equity, and current market benchmarks. The final offer will be determined based on a combination of factors, including the candidate’s skills, experience and qualifications, their positioning within our internal compensation structure, and relevant geographic cost-of-living considerations, where applicable. This range represents a realistic and good-faith estimate of the compensation we expect to offer for this role.
Compensation may also include a comprehensive benefits package, performance incentives, or bonus eligibility depending on role level and business unit. We aim to foster transparency, respect candidate time and ensure equitable compensation aligned with our company values.
Artificial intelligence tools may be used in the screening or selection of applications for this role.
