CNC Programmer Metal Working | Advanced CAM Programming (DMG MORI Experience Required)

Pay Rate: $25 $30/hour
Shift: Morning Shift
Experience Required: Minimum 5 Years
We are seeking a highly skilled CNC Programmer with strong expertise in advanced metalworking and precision machining. The ideal candidate must have
hands-on experience working with DMG MORI CNC machines, along with strong proficiency in Mastercam and other CAM platforms for multi-axis
machining operations.
This role involves programming complex parts for high-precision manufacturing in industries such as automotive, aerospace, and renewable energy.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and optimize CNC programs for multi-axis machining operations
Create toolpaths using Mastercam and other CAM software
Program and operate DMG MORI CNC machines for precision machining
Perform simulation, post-processing, and program validation
Design fixtures and workholding solutions
Optimize machining parameters for efficiency and quality
Troubleshoot CNC programs and reduce cycle times
Support prototype and production machining
Ensure tight tolerance and engineering drawing compliance
Mastercam (Milling & Multi-Axis Programming)
CNC Programming (3, 4 & 5 Axis)
Hands-on experience with DMG MORI CNC machines
CAD/CAM Programming & Toolpath Development
GD&T & Engineering Drawing Interpretation
High-Speed Machining & Process Optimization
Program Debugging & Cycle Time Reduction
