Job Summary
The Child and Youth Worker serves the mission of the YMCA of Lethbridge by supporting programming including, childminding, indoor play, family play programs, youth programs, community events and PD Day camps while providing exceptional customer service. The main goals of this position are :
- Ensure participants are following proper safety guidelines.
- Implement programs to support child development through play and implement recreational and social programming for youth.
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment.

The Child and Youth Worker will support the Association as part of the Child and Youth Programs team. The major responsibilities of this position are, but not limited to :
Leadership and Strategic Planning
