Seymour Pacific Developments is looking for a Civil Superintendent to support project operations throughout Vancouver Island. The Civil Superintendent is responsible for the start and completion of all civil works on multi-building, multi-family, residential construction sites. Your contributions to the team

• Understand construction drawings and the scope of the tasks required
• Can establish and follow committed scheduling
• Follow established direction and coordinate site activities
• Work on a congested site with other trades
• Follow, plans and specifications and implement a quality control site-based program
• Uphold and enforce company safety regulations, policies and procedures
• Handle multiple crews simultaneously, while giving direction and training
