TuneZilla continues to set the standard in automotive tuning with a commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

The Role

We're looking for a Visual Designer to bring TuneZilla's brand vision to life across all visual platforms. You'll create compelling YouTube video content, graphics, and social media assets that speak to automotive enthusiasts, support our dealer network, and drive engagement across social channels. This is a hands-on creative role where your work directly impacts how the brand is perceived and how customers connect with TuneZilla.

What You'll Create

Video Content Production

  • Produce high-quality video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube, and email campaigns
  • Film and edit product demonstrations, tuning highlights, dealer spotlights, and behind-the-scenes content
  • Create videos for quarterly campaigns, product launches, and regional dealer initiatives
  • Develop video concepts and storyboards based on marketing briefs from the Associate Marketing Manager
  • Optimize video content for different platforms and formats
  • Manage video assets, file organization, and archiving

Graphic Design & Visual Assets

  • Design social media graphics, carousel posts, and promotional banners for all platforms
  • Create dealer marketing toolkits including flyers, email templates, social graphics, and branded collateral
  • Develop infographics and visual content that explain tuning concepts, services, and offerings
  • Design presentation decks, newsletters, and internal marketing materials
  • Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs
  • Create custom thumbnails, overlays, and branding elements for video content
  • Asset Management & Collaboration

  • Work closely with the Associate Marketing Manager to understand campaign objectives and creative direction
  • Take creative briefs and translate them into compelling visual and video concepts
  • Deliver finished assets on schedule and within brand guidelines
  • Organize and manage media libraries, ensuring efficient access to final files
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to accurately represent technical tuning information visually
  • Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently
  • What We're Looking For

    Essential Qualifications

  • 3+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video production (portfolio required)
  • Proficiency in industry-standard software including Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and content optimization (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, , YouTube formats)
  • Demonstrated ability to shoot and edit video content
  • Excellent visual design sense with attention to detail and brand consistency
  • Self-motivated with strong project management and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and take creative direction collaboratively
  • Ability to schedule social media posts using tools such as Metricool
  • Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience with automotive, tuning, or enthusiast content creation
  • Familiarity with color grading and advanced video editing techniques
  • Experience managing social media content calendars
  • Basic knowledge of video production equipment (lighting, audio, cameras)
  • The Ideal Candidate

  • Visually creative and automotive-passionate. You understand car culture and can create content that resonates with enthusiasts.
  • Problem-solver. When a brief is vague or a concept needs refinement, you ask smart questions and propose creative solutions.
  • Organized and detail-oriented. You manage deadlines, file systems, and feedback loops without being asked twice.
  • Collaborative. You take feedback well, communicate clearly with the marketing team, and understand that great creative is often a conversation.
  • Always learning. The content landscape and tools evolve. You stay curious and continuously level up your skills
  • Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Film and edit video content based on weekly content calendar and marketing briefs
  • Design graphics and promotional materials for social media, email, and dealer support
  • Participate in creative brainstorming with the marketing team
  • Manage video and graphic file organization and version control
  • Stay current with platform best practices and trending formats
  • Communicate progress and flag any timeline or creative challenges early
  • Deliver final assets to the Associate Marketing Manager for review and approval
  • Continuously optimize content based on performance feedback and analytics
  • What We Offer

  • Competitive salary commensurate with experience and portfolio (base salary of $65,000-$80,000)
  • Full-time position with growth potential
  • The chance to work on high-impact creative projects that reach thousands of people
  • Exposure to the automotive enthusiast and tuning communities
  • Creative autonomy within brand guidelines
  • Access to equipment, software, and resources needed to do great work
  • Collaborative team environment with supportive leadership
  • Professional development and learning opportunities
  • How to Apply

Send your resume, a link to your portfolio that spotlight video content & social posts, and a brief cover letter explaining why you're excited about this role.
