Overview
Are you passionate about IT and looking for a role that highlights your problem-solving skills and ability to support users? Are you seeking a close-knit team and a stimulating work environment?
As an IT Technician, you will be responsible for providing support to users for the computer hardware, communication systems, and software used within the company (Windows, Office 365, and many others).
Responsibilities
- Respond to users’ IT requests to support various infrastructures and software
- Configure, support, and manage the inventory of IT and network equipment (computers, printers, barcode readers, phone systems) and user software
- Manage user accounts for the network, email inboxes, and other software while ensuring the security of confidential data
- Conduct analyses to justify the purchase or replacement of IT equipment and prepare quotes from various suppliers
- Research hardware and software solutions to meet user needs
