Job Title: SAP Warehouse Coordinator

Job Description

The Warehouse & Store Coordinator is responsible for managing the warehouse, including inbounds and the company store. You will report to the Supply Chain Manager and play a crucial role in ensuring efficient supply chain operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage warehouse operations, including shipping and receiving.
• Ensure proficiency with SAP/S4 Hana and warehouse management systems.
• Utilize advanced MS Excel features such as formulas, pivot tables, and macros.
• Lead and investigate critical supply chain root cause analyses for quality incidents and inventory deviations.
• Coordinate production planning and bill of materials (BOM) management.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a warehouse coordinator.
• Strong proficiency with SAP and Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Access.
• Demonstrated organizational, time management, and communication skills.
• Ability to remain calm and level-headed under pressure.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Proficiency in Power BI is advantageous.
• Experience in a manufacturing or GMP environment is preferred.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large manufacturing/GMP facility with heavily automated, state-of-the-art equipment. The facility is temperature-controlled and very clean, requiring compliance with GMP requirements including PPE, hairnets, beardnets, and coats. Safety shoes are required. The facility houses about 400-500 employees, divided into four crews of approximately 100 people each. The standard work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $32.00/hr.
