We’re looking for an enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to fuel our growth. If you love high-energy prospecting, creative outreach, and building pipelines from the ground up, you’ll fit right in. This role is based in Port Coquitlam, BC or Toronto, ON .
What you’ll do
- High-volume cold calling to identify and create new business opportunities.
- Personalized email outreach to engage and qualify prospects.
- Lead qualification across inbound and outbound sources before passing to the Sales team.
- Pipeline management and process building for consistent follow-up.
- Appointment setting for the Director of Sales and senior reps.
- CRM stewardship (HubSpot) : log activities, maintain data accuracy, and generate insights.
- Prospecting & lead generation via Apollo lists, walk-ins, LinkedIn, and more.
- Sales strategy support in a KPI-driven environment; track performance and report results.
- Client outreach for quality check-ins and account status reviews.
- Reporting on client satisfaction and business metrics.
- Event coordination — plan, execute, and follow up on webinars, trade shows, and live events.
