We are seeking a Lifeline Customer Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing product and service information and resolving technical issues.

Full-time Monday - Friday 8 : 30am - 3 : 00pm. Position involves being on-call outside of these hours including evenings, weekends and statutory holidays, on a rotational basis. Mobile phone provided.

Responsibilities :

Handle customer inquiries and complaints
Provide information about the products and services
Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
Document and update customer records based on interactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Visit customer homes to complete installations and resolve trouble shooting

Requirements

Qualifications :

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Ability to prioritize and multitask

Ability to work independently and as a team player, in a fast-paced small office environment

Have a passion to work with seniors and people with health concerns who want to live independently and safely in their home

Have a Caring, Patient, Friendly, and Positive attitude

Takes initiative and is detail-oriented

Proficient in Excel, Word, Outlook

Valid Driver's License and Vehicle required

A Police Information Check with Vulnerable Sector Screening is required
