Title: Corporate Sales Representative – Refurbished IT Hardware

Position Summary
We are seeking a driven, sales-focused Corporate Sales Representative to grow our refurbished IT hardware business across corporate, SMB, public sector, and education customers.
This is a true sales role focused on:
- Winning new customers
- Selling refurbished desktops, laptops, and IT equipment
- Driving repeat business and long-term account growth
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development (Primary Focus)
- Prospect, qualify, and close new customers
- Generate leads through outbound outreach, networking, and referrals
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
Account Growth & Customer Development
- Develop and grow a portfolio of end-user customers
- Drive repeat purchasing and expand share of wallet
- Maintain consistent outreach and relationship management
Inventory-Driven Sales Execution
- Sell based on available inventory and pricing
- Align customer needs with current stock
- Balance volume, margin, and velocity in all deals
Sales Process Ownership
- Manage full sales cycle (prospecting → quoting → closing)
- Maintain CRM accuracy and forecasting
- Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively
Market Development
- Target businesses within assigned territory
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Identify opportunities to drive inventory movement
Supporting Solutions (Secondary)
- Introduce ITAD and related services where relevant
- Support long-term customer lifecycle and refresh strategies
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably in IT hardware / VAR / reseller environments and Refurbished or secondary markets
Core Competencies
- Strong hunter mindset with proven closing ability
- Ability to generate pipeline and win new business
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, transactional environment
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- CRM experience (Dynamics, Salesforce, or similar)
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with OEM products (Dell, HP, Lenovo)
- Experience selling into corporate IT or education sectors
