Join Our Team Williams Machinery is looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Branch Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our Kelowna branch.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Deliver exceptional customer service while supporting Parts, Service, Rentals, and Yard Operations.
Support daily branch operations through customer inquiries, transactions, shipping and receiving activities, inventory coordination, and administrative support.
Support inventory control, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy.
Assist with work orders, quotations, invoicing, and rental documentation.
Coordinate rental equipment preparation, inspections, returns, and customer handovers.
Maintain accurate records within dealership systems and OEM platforms.
Ensure equipment, warehouse, and yard areas are organized, safe, and presentation ready.
Collaborate with multiple departments to support efficient branch operations.
Promote a strong safety culture and participate in branch safety initiatives.
WHO YOU ARE A proactive problem-solver who enjoys helping customers and teammates.
Comfortable learning new systems and processes.
Organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Equally comfortable working at a desk, in the warehouse, or around equipment.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Experience in a dealership, equipment, automotive, industrial, logistics, rental, or similar operational environment is an asset.
Strong aptitude for learning new software, business systems, and OEM platforms.
Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
Customer-focused mindset with a positive, team-oriented approach.
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record.
