Support the execution of category management strategies and strategic sourcing initiatives.
Manage procurement and sourcing activities, including RFQs, RFPs, supplier evaluations and contract negotiations.
Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver effective sourcing solutions.
Support spend analysis, supplier performance reviews and identification of sourcing opportunities.
Assist with supplier relationship management, contract administration and procurement process improvements.
Independently manage assigned sourcing activities, ensuring timely and effective delivery.
What you must have:
Previous experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, purchasing or category management.
A good understanding of strategic sourcing principles and category management practices.
Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple sourcing initiatives.
Experience in operational procurement categories, particularly facilities, operations or related services, would be an asset.
Public-sector procurement experience is preferred but not essential.
Salary/Rate: $55.00/ hour
