We currently have an opportunity available for a Customer Service Agent. Reporting to the FBO/Customer service Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, the following:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Sunwest Aviation has an opportunity available for a full time Customer Service Agent within our Customer Service department. Reporting to the FBO/Customer Service Supervisor, this position is responsible for performing the duties and responsibilities which include, but are not limited to, the following:
Deliver front-line, high-quality, service and support to Sunwest clients, passengers, visitors, guests, vendors, and employees.
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications and competencies. In addition personality profiling will be required of all candidates granted an interview for this position.
Qualifications, Experience and Competencies:
- Passenger check-in for daily flights, including modifying required changes and advising Flight Coordinators
- Prepare boarding cards to check in manifest
- Weigh and tag bags to appropriate destination/aircraft
- On time performance in boarding and expediting aircrafts
- Comply to client special requests, procedures, and terms
- Tag and process valet service for VIP client vehicles
- Prepare waybills for outgoing and track incoming packages on flights
- Answer phones promptly, in a professional manner and direct calls appropriately (100+ calls per day)
- Complete airport authority forms upon sign-in for all visitors, guests & vendors.
- Daily preparation of commissary counters, restocking of cupboards and fridges.
- Assist and ensure upkeep and cleanliness of lobby
- Complete all required training (OTJ & Online)
- Sort, stamp and distribute all incoming / outgoing mail
- Courier out (Inner City) packages for Internal Staff
- Various administrative duties as assigned (e.g. Maintain and update employee phone list, trip reports, creating documents; labels; spreadsheets, special projects)
- Minimum high school diploma required.
Professional Skills and Expertise
- Minimum 1 year of Customer Service and reception experience.
- Experience using multi-line phone system
- Must be comfortable using paging system and two-way radio
- Knowledge and use of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and other related computer programs
- Knowledge and experience in check-in systems and procedures is an added advantage

- Must be able to work as a member of a team
- Must be in good physical condition for lifting of bags or other cargo of up to 50lbs.
