Your responsibilities will include stakeholder communication and relationship management with customers, suppliers, and internal units.

Team you will belong to

You will join a team of project management experts who are passionate about providing turnkey solutions to our customers. We are currently working on several major retrofit / upgrade / maintenance projects across Canada.

We work closely with internal stakeholders, such as our Field Services and Sales group. Our team culture is all about getting it done together.

  • Conduct internal and external kick-off meetings to define project goals and clarify contractual issues.
  • Develop project schedules, coordinating with various Metso departments using MS Project.
  • Collaborate with technical support staff to design procedures, special tooling, jigs, and fixtures.
  • Maintain records of installation progress and technical information for all field service events.
  • Coordinate field activities with customers and their contractors.
  • Manage lessons learned, identify continuous improvement opportunities, and provide feedback to stakeholders.

  • Candidates with experience in project execution in the mining or heavy equipment industries are encouraged to apply.
  • Project management certification or a relevant professional degree is an asset.

  • Advanced customer relations and interpersonal skills.
  • What's in it for you

  • Compensation and rewards - Global incentive program tied to business and performance targets.
