About Amii
Alberta Machine Intelligence Institute (Amii) is one of Canadas three main institutes for artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning, our world-renowned researchers drive fundamental and applied research at the University of Alberta (and other academic institutions), training some of the worlds top scientific talent. Our cross-functional teams work collaboratively with Alberta-based businesses and organizations to build AI capacity and translate scientific advancement into industry adoption and economic impact.
About the Role
The Program Specialist is responsible for the successful delivery and growth of Amiis Industry programs by strengthening client relationships, facilitating collaboration across internal and external stakeholders, and supporting the coordinated execution of Industry products and initiatives that advance clients AI adoption goals.
Reporting to the Product Owner, Industry, the Program Specialist will leverage their notable business facilitation skills to build strong relationships with Amiis clients and position them for rapid AI adoption. This position focuses on building strong client-stakeholder relationships through meaningful communication and driving both facilitation & collaboration between Industry Team members and Industry Product clients while supporting Industry program / product development and growth.
The position focuses on achieving excellence in three main accountabilities :
deliver and maintain engaging, relevant Industry Products that educate and meet client needs in a blended learning environment.
