The Ministry of Assisted Living and Social Services provides supports for families and communities, and helps Albertans access disability services, financial supports, services for the homeless, and other social-based programs. The ministry supports Albertans through a person‑centred, integrated service delivery model that recognizes the unique circumstances, experiences and strengths of individuals and families.
As the Program Coordinator, you will function as a leader and team member providing advocacy, quality care, fostering an environment for growth and development, providing opportunities for community access and meaningful activities and support in a service setting.
You will also ensure that service delivery to each individual is according to their service plan, individual service plan or care plan, program policies and procedures.
Supervision of residential supervisors
Monitor effective operation of worksites
Administrative and financial function

Qualifications
Directly related two (2) year diploma or a degree related to the position assignment (Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, Rehabilitation Therapy, Community Rehabilitation & Disabilities Studies, Public Health, Social Work, Social Sciences, etc) and four (4) years of related experience with at least one (1) in a supervisory capacity.

Strategic management skills with the ability to plan & prioritize.
Must hold a valid class 5 licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
