Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Team Development:
  • Motivate your team to deliver their best, fostering a culture of positivity, engagement, and excellence.
  • Build a strong and collaborative team, uniting everyone around shared goals and a vision for success.
  • Proactively address employee relations, resolving issues while supporting ongoing learning and development.
  • Communicate openly and clearly, ensuring alignment and trust across all levels of the team.
  • Provide your team with the knowledge and tools needed to deliver exceptional customer service.
Operational Excellence:
  • Oversee the daily running of the store, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and housekeeping to create an inviting shopping experience.
  • Prioritise health, safety, and well-being by conducting regular risk assessments and maintaining a secure environment.
  • Recruit, retain, and develop top talent to build a high-performing and motivated team.
Sales & Performance:
  • Implement strategies to meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Take a proactive approach to loss prevention, embedding processes that minimise risks and protect profitability.
  • Use commercial insights to make informed decisions, manage budgets effectively, and drive consistent results.
Customer Experience:
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction is memorable.
  • Address customer feedback thoughtfully and resolve issues to build brand loyalty.
  • Represent EMS with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring a positive brand image.
  • Build meaningful connections with your local community, inspiring loyalty through approachable and engaging initiatives.
