Manage relationships, negotiate tariffs, and select carriers and 3PL partners. Develop and execute 3PL and transportation strategies in collaboration with senior supply chain leadership. Ensure accurate documentation for customs, imports / exports, and daily shipping activity. Monitor shipment status, delivery performance, and compliance with service-level expectations. Evaluate and approve freight rates, invoices, and related costs; identify cost-saving opportunities. Maintain logistics KPIs, analyze transportation data, and implement process improvements. Coordinate with internal teams—including order management, project management, and installation—to ensure timely product delivery. Resolve transportation, customer, and carrier issues promptly. Supervise and train logistics staff to meet accuracy, productivity, and timeliness goals. Maintain customer records and reconcile carrier-related deductions or refunds. Other duties may be assigned. You will be challenged with providing excellent service to internal and external stakeholders whilst finding efficiencies and constantly looking to improve existing processes.
