Job description

The European Institute of Policy Research and Human Rights is a renowned academic institution offering advanced online programs dedicated to developing future leaders in policy research, human rights, and allied disciplines. Applications are invited for the Senior Research Fellowship
(For candidates currently enrolled in or who have completed Master's / Doctoral programs in any discipline)

Program Overview
Learn and apply our established methodology to draft a research paper in one of the approved researchable areas.
No prior experience in research paper writing is required. Candidates will receive comprehensive mentorship and continuous guidance throughout the fellowship tenure. A Program Certification fee of EUR498 is applicable.

Being recognized as a Certified Senior Research Fellow is a significant academic milestone and a valuable enhancement to your CV, capable of impressing prospective employers, universities, and scholarship committees by providing a distinct competitive advantage.

What You'll Do:
Learn and Lead Groundbreaking Research: Develop the capacity to address critical policy challenges and design innovative, impactful solutions.
Collaborate with Experts: Engage with experienced scholars and subject-matter specialists.
Strategic Analysis: Use data-driven approaches to formulate influential and evidence-based policy recommendations.
Publish & Create Impact: Contribute your research outcomes to respected academic and policy-focused publications.

Candidates will select one researchable area for conducting their research.

All research papers produced under this fellowship will be published with a Digital Object Identifier (DOI), ensuring global visibility, academic credibility, and permanent accessibility through our open-source publication portal.

Eligibility Criteria / Who Can Apply:

Program Commencing on 11th May 2026.
Open to candidates who are currently enrolled in or have completed a Master's or Doctoral program.
Candidates who have completed only a Bachelor's degree and are not enrolled in a Master's program are not eligible to apply.
Applicants from all academic disciplines are encouraged to apply, including but not limited to Law, Human Rights, International Relations, Management, Political Science, Social Sciences, Engineering, Medicine, Business, and related fields.
Working and non-working professionals across all sectors are welcome, including lecturers, professors, advocates, medical professionals, journalists, engineers, historians, managers, environmental scientists, government officials, social activists, political practitioners, and professionals from any relevant field.
Candidates must demonstrate the ability to work independently in a virtual environment and meet assigned deadlines effectively.
