Job Details Salary range : $95,680 - $144,560 Shift structure : Monday to Friday, 7.25 hours per day Primary l ocation : CASA Downtown, Hybrid Secondary location(s) : CASA Fort Road, CASA Centre, CASA West Union : Exempt Classification : Manager FTE : 1.00 Status : Permanent About the Role Reporting to the Director of the Program Management Office (PMO), the Manager, PMO will : Provide day-to-day management and support for the PMO team, ensuring alignment with departmental goals and organizational priorities. Foster a culture of empowerment, accountability and continuous improvement within the team. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings, performance evaluations and professional development planning for direct reports. Identify and address individual and team training needs to maintain a high-performing department. Promote a positive and inclusive team culture, ensuring all members feel valued, supported and motivated. Act as a coach, guiding team members through challenges and opportunities for growth. Champion recognition programs to celebrate individual and team achievements. Oversee PMO operational frameworks, processes, tools and templates to ensure consistency and efficiency across all projects with a continuous improvement approach. Lead team collaboration on establishing, monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) and departmental metrics. Support the PMO Director on strategic initiatives, contributing insights and recommendations to enhance departmental and organizational performance. Serve as a trusted advisor and sounding board for the Director, providing input on decision-making and strategic direction. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in business, project management or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum of five years of experience in project and / or change management, with at least two years in a leadership or managerial role. Proven track record of managing, leading and developing high-performing teams. Conditions of Employment A satisfactory Criminal Records Check.
