Qualifications :
Education : Post-secondary graduate in a relevant discipline (Business or Engineering)
Leadership : Proven passion for leadership with demonstrated experience.
Goal-Oriented : Strong drive to achieve positive results and make a significant impact on the business.
Customer-Focused : Enjoys hands-on work and building relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide effective solutions.
Communication Skills : Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Eligibility : Must be eligible to work in Canada and willing to travel and relocate for assignments across various locations from Manitoba to the Atlantic Ocean.
