Lead campaign strategy and programming of ecosystem initiatives for the Quest App Store in France and Canada Support business goals through effective planning, curation and execution of merchandising strategies & programs Collaborate with team leads, product managers, data scientists and engineers to execute on campaign elements Manage all aspects of campaign creation, including asset requests, programming (Using internal tools), and QA Proactively ideate and test opportunities to drive strategic priorities within store Analyze and iterate on campaigns based on experiment results Minimum qualifications

years of project or program management with a focus on ecommerce

• years experience designing or working within a content management system (CMS)

Substantial experience in French and Canadian (And French Canadian) ecommerce trends and best practices

Fluent in French (Written and Spoken) Fluent in English (Written and Spoken) Experience in go-to-market planning and execution across online channels Deep understanding of the technical foundations of digital content distribution Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously and driving team execution Self-starter with confidence in initiating and driving projects to completion with minimal guidance Analytical / problem-solving experience Preferred qualifications Strong communication skills with a focus on being clear, simple, and direct Experience with internal tools / demonstrated inclination for quickly learning new tools Ability to think outside of the box to solve complex problems Excellent business judgment, strong fact-based decision-making, problem-solving ability, and a practical sense of drawing the right conclusion
