Job descriptionAssist with daily cannabis cultivation tasks, including planting, crop work activities, and harvesting, under the guidance of the cultivation team leads. Maintain a clean and sanitary growing environment by performing regular cleaning and sanitation activities in grow rooms and other areas. Keeping a strict separation of clothes and shoes worn on-site from clothing worn outdoors. Laundry is performed on-site for site specific clothing. Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with team members, ensuring tasks are completed and seeking direction when needed. Strictly adhere to and enforce all regulatory requirements under the Cannabis Act and Regulations, as well as the company’s Standard Operating Procedures.
Location : Powell River / qathet Regional District
Schedule : Monday to Friday 0800 - 1600
Salary Or Wage : $18.25 per hour
Start Date : As soon as possible

- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
- Previous experience in cannabis cultivation or a related agricultural setting is not required
- A willingness to learn and an open mind to feedback
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Willingness to work in a physically demanding environment and perform strenuous, repetitive tasks as needed
- Commitment to upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance with regulatory requirements
