As a student-centered institution, Edison College is committed to offering in-demand programs with strong employment outcomes. As part of our expansion into Health Sciences, we are seeking a qualified and dedicated Health Care Assistant Program Coordinator to lead the delivery and ongoing success of the HCA Diploma Program.
Position Summary :
The Health Care Assistant Program Coordinator is responsible for ensuring standards compliance, curriculum development and maintenance, and overall program delivery of the HCA Diploma Program. This role requires dedicated coordination time and may be combined with a Subject Matter Expert (SME) or instructional role to support consistency and effective implementation of the program once approved.
The Program Coordinator plays a key leadership role in maintaining academic quality, regulatory compliance, and student success while working collaboratively with faculty, clinical partners, and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities :
Program Leadership & Compliance :
- Ensure the HCA Diploma Program complies with PTIRU standards and HCA Program requirements.
- Maintain ongoing compliance with curriculum standards, learning outcomes, and regulatory updates.
- Support program approval, implementation, and continuous quality improvement.
