This role is for you if you live at the intersection of numbers and narrative. We need someone who can break down betting markets, spot edges, and translate those findings into content that educates, entertains, and converts. You'll play a central role in powering our content with actionable insights that resonate across social media, Discord, and other platforms.

How You'll Make an Impact

Discover profitable trends & build systems : Use internal tools and databases to identify betting trends and profitable angles, then build and iterate on betting systems and filters across leagues (NFL, NBA, MLB, CFB, CBB, etc.).

Create engaging, social-first content : Translate insights into social-first formats, including tweets, graphics, short-form scripts, and videos, and collaborate with designers and video editors to bring these data stories to life.

Empower our community : Assist with Discord channels by posting insights, engaging with users, answering questions, and providing real-time commentary during major betting events.

Drive continuous improvement : Track the performance of your systems and content to refine and improve your work, helping to maintain a database of pick performance, trends, and content impact.

Expected Results : Your First 90 Days

Within 30 days : You’ve audited current campaigns and identified first areas for optimization.

Within 60 days : You’ve launched new tests across 2–3 platforms and achieved first meaningful wins.

Within 90 days : You’ve improved ROAS and helped scale at least one channel significantly.

The Ideal Profile : Is This You?

Experience : 2–4 years of experience in sports betting analysis, sports data, or betting content creation.

Toolbox :

Experience with betting tools like Bet Labs, APIs, SDQL, or other data analysis platforms.

Familiarity with crafting high-performing content for social platforms like X, Instagram, and TikTok.

Core Competency :

A deep understanding of odds, betting markets, and major U.S. sports (NFL, NBA, MLB, CFB, CBB).

Strong writing and communication skills.

Nice-to-Haves :

Previous experience creating betting content or contributing public picks.

Experience working with creators, influencers, or branded betting platforms.

We have been in operation for over seven years and are continually expanding our diverse team to meet the ongoing demand of our patients. We are looking for a Sports Medicine Doctor to work with our Orthopedic Surgeons, Rheumatologist, Orthotist, Physio, Athletic and Massage Therapists.

Qualifications :

• Medical degree (MD).
• SEM fellowship trained and Diploma preferred.
• License to practice in & In good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario.
