  • Experience with cable assembly, PCBA quality standards and common defects
  • IPC-7711, IPC-7721, IPC-A-600, IPC-9121, IPC-610, IPC-620 training or equivalent
  • Familiarity with Linux
  • Familiarity with ISO standards
  • Lean manufacturing experience
  • 5S methodology

What We Offer:

  • Health Insurance including Medical and Dental
  • Health Care Spending Account (HCSA – dependent on the plan chosen)
  • Employee Assistance Program (EAP)
  • Retirement plans
  • Paid Time off
  • Volunteering Time off

  • Employer Paid DC Pension
  • Maternity and Parental Leave Top-Up
  • Fitness Reimbursement Program
  • Flexible Work Schedule where you will work with your manager to enjoy a work schedule that can be flexible with your personal life.
