Job Title: Plate Roll Operator / Metal Forming Machine Operator

Location: Brampton

Job Type: Full-Time | Onsite

Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM 4:30 PM (Overtime as required)

Pay Rate: 20- 28 pr hour (Depend on experience)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Plate Roll Operator to operate machinery used for bending and forming steel and other metal materials. The ideal candidate will

ensure precision, quality workmanship, and adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate rolling machines to bend and form steel plates and metal materials to required specifications

• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

• Set up and adjust machines for production runs

• Perform layout and marking on materials as per job requirements

• Conduct pre-operation inspections and ensure machines are in good working condition

• Handle materials safely using lifting equipment when required

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment

• Complete production reports and documentation accurately

• Perform machine cleaning, roll setup, and routine maintenance

• Operate beveling machines as needed

• Report safety hazards, defects, or maintenance issues promptly

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Previous experience operating plate rolling or metal forming machines

• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Knowledge of safety standards in a manufacturing environment

• Ability to lift materials and stand for extended periods

• Experience with beveling machines is an asset

Working Conditions:

• Manufacturing/plant environment with varying temperatures

• Exposure to noise and dust; PPE required at all times

• Physically demanding role (standing, bending, kneeling)
