Packaging operator Jobs in Milton, ON

Adecco is hiring an experienced Cherry Picker Forklift Operator for a full-time opportunity in Milton, ON. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in order picking, forklift operation, warehouse operations, material handling, shipping and receiving, and inventory management.
As a Cherry Picker Forklift Operator, you will play a key role in warehouse operations by accurately picking orders, moving inventory, loading and unloading trailers, and supporting daily distribution activities. • Pay Rate: $21.00/hour and up to $22.50 after training period

• Job Type: Temp to Perm | Full time (Must be available to work full time 40 hours+ Overtime Hours)

Forklift Operator Job Duties:

• Operate a Cherry Picker / Order Picker Forklift safely and efficiently.
  
• Pick, move, and stage products using warehouse equipment and RF scanners.
  
• Load and unload trucks while ensuring product accuracy and safety.
  
• Support palletizing, order preparation, and general warehouse activities.
  
• Assist with material handling and inventory movement throughout the facility.
  
• Follow all company safety, housekeeping, and operational procedures.
  

Forklift Operator Requirements:

• Valid forklift Certification.
  
• Minimum 1 year of experience operating a Cherry Picker / Order Picker Forklift in a warehouse environment.
  
• Previous warehouse, distribution centre, or material handling experience.
  
• Experience with palletizing, order picking, and general labour tasks.
  
• Experience using slip sheets is considered an asset.
  
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  
• Comfortable working at heights.
  
• Strong attention to safety and accuracy.
  
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
