Adecco is currently hiring Quality Inspectors for a full-time opportunity with a leading manufacturing organization in Mississauga, ON. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals with experience in quality inspection, quality assurance, manufacturing, production, and quality control who are passionate about product quality and continuous improvement.
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting incoming materials, in-process production, and finished goods to ensure compliance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and customer requirements.
* This role requires security clearance as per CGP which would be open to Permanent Residents and Canadian Citizens.

• Pay Rate: $21.00/hour
  
• Location: Mississauga, ON
  
• Shift: Days: 7:00am - 3:30pm or Afternoons: 3:00pm - 12:00am
  
• Job type: Temporary with possibility of Permanence | Full-time

Responsibilities:

• Perform visual, dimensional, and functional inspections on materials, components, and finished products.
  
• Use measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify product quality and specifications.
  
• Identify and report non-conforming products while supporting corrective actions and quality improvements.
  
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
  
• Ensure compliance with quality standards, procedures, and manufacturing requirements.
  
• Follow all health, safety, and workplace policies while maintaining a clean and organized work area.
  

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
  
• Experience in quality inspection, quality control, manufacturing, production, or quality assurance is considered an asset.
  
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and work instructions.
  
• Experience using inspection equipment such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
  
• Good documentation and organizational skills.
  
• Ability to identify defects, quality concerns, and non-conforming materials.
  
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  
• Knowledge of quality assurance practices and manufacturing standards.
  
• Experience supporting corrective actions and root cause investigations is considered an asset.
  
• Must be eligible to obtain CGP Security Clearance.
  
• Must be legally eligible to work, and reside in Canada
