This critical Forklift Operator (Dock Worker) role presents an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment. As a Forklift Operator (Dock Worker), you will play an essential part in maintaining the efficiency and fluidity of our client's supply chain operations.

We are looking for a reliable and meticulous professional to fill an 8-week temporary assignment, offering a strong possibility of 30-40 hours per week. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, providing a great work-life balance. The competitive pay rate for this assignment is $23.00 per hour. This role is a fantastic way to develop your expertise in Manufacturing & Logistics within a respected organization.

The Forklift Operator (Dock Worker) position involves more than just moving pallets. It requires precision, a strong focus on safety, and a commitment to supporting the company's overall production and distribution goals. The Forklift Operator (Dock Worker) is responsible for safely operating a forklift to load, unload, stack, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and on the loading docks. This position is fundamental to ensuring that products are received and shipped on time and without damage.

Responsibilities
• Safely operate a forklift (sit-down, stand-up, or other types) to move, stack, and retrieve products and materials with accuracy.
• Perform dock worker duties, including the secure loading and unloading of trailers using the forklift.
• Verify the quantity and condition of incoming and outgoing goods, and report any discrepancies or damage.
• Maintain the order and organization of the warehouse, loading docks, and storage areas.
• Collaborate with the supervisory team and other staff to ensure an efficient workflow in Manufacturing & Logistics.
• Strictly adhere to all safety procedures and regulations, including daily forklift inspections.

Qualifications
• Significant prior experience as a Forklift Operator (Dock Worker) or similar role.
• Valid and up-to-date forklift certification (compliant with local standards).
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy objects (within safety guidelines).
• Availability for the full 8-week assignment duration, starting December 9, 2025.
• Reliability and punctuality to maintain continuous Manufacturing & Logistics operations.
