Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Start-up and shut down CNC laser/punching machines;
Machine set up, maintenance and troubleshooting of machine
Read, analyze and interpret drawings;
Program nesting software to maximize product/material usage;
Check quality of parts and make sure they are as drawings specifications;
Perform operator maintenance and/or 5S housekeeping per established schedule;
Load and unload material using a forklift;
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
forklift certification required.
Ability to work with and edit machine computer programs
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Attention to detail and Positive attitude
Quality oriented
Training is available for the right candidate
