Job descriptionPerform work to establish processes and practices Comply with internal and external requirements including but not limited to environmental, health & safety, fire protection Performs regular facility, mechanical and electrical equipment and systems monitoring and inspection, preventative and corrective maintenance to ensure facility uptime objectives are met, uninterrupted client operation and asset integrity of assigned facility are maintained. Monitor facility by conducting walkthroughs, mechanical and electrical equipment and system monitoring and inspection Maintain, troubleshoot and repair building systems (mechanical and electrical equipment) Respond to routine and on-demand service requests and perform preventative and corrective maintenance Assist in implementation or preventative maintenance program Participate in facility-related projects
Position : Electrician / Building Operator
Location : Thunder Bay, ON
Requirement :
- Journeyman / Electrician License
- Must be able and willing to work shifts, be available for on-call / standby and emergency calls as they arise.
- Minimum 3 years' experience working as an Electrician or Building Operator
